Modern House Designs

About Us

Aquila Architects is an Building Design design studio that specializes in 3d Building design for residential developments, individual houses, public buildings and commercial property developments.

Our principal is registered with The Architects Board of Western Australia and we work closely with our clients in producing innovative 3d Building solutions and maximise resources to realise a great result.

We believe in team work and working closely with a team of consultants in realising our client´s dream.

Philosophy

Aquila Architects believes that interactive design response with the emphasis on participation from the client/community (depending on the occupant of the space), as well as challenging the client/community to put people as a priority in every planning and design resolution will improve the existing dwelling environment.

We believe that context is a significant factor in retaining the essence or memory of the place and will attempt to interpret the distinctive context of the place in searching the identity.

We also recognise that a sound design has to maximise resources and we strive to suggest value-for-money decisions to clients to obtain the best results possible.

By integrating the participation of the occupant, interpreting from the context and maximising the use of resources, we will partner with you to make your dream a reality.

Scope of Works

The practice engages in 3d Building design, documentation, contract management, and digital media.

We focus on residential developments, individual houses, portable housing designs, public buildings such as clubhouses and sport facilities, as well as commercial and industrial buildings.
